No Refunds, Unless...
We don't offer refunds unless:
- The item arrives defective (oops, our bad!).
- You received the wrong item (whoops, mix-up alert!).
How to Report a Defective Item
If your hoodie arrives with a defect or it's not what you ordered, don't sweat it! You've got 7 business days from the delivery date to let us know. Here's what to do:
- Snap a Pic: Take a clear photo of the defect or the incorrect item.
- Email Us: Send the photo along with your order number and a brief description of the issue to support@campushoodies.com.
- Wait for Our Reply: We'll get back to you ASAP with the next steps.
What Happens Next?
Once we confirm the defect or mistake, we'll:
- Send you a replacement (yay, new hoodie!).
- Or, if a replacement isn't available, we'll issue a full refund.
A Few Important Notes:
- The 7 business days start from the day you receive your hoodie.
- Make sure to keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
